1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JSR Workspace application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JSR Workspace. Your use of the Application signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on JSR Workspace's Application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack any Application code
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
  • Using the Application for unauthorized purposes including creating competing services
  • Violating any local, state, national, or international law

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Application.
3.2 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Application
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Application's servers or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Application
3.3 Data and Image Management
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you upload to the Application.
  • You warrant that you own or have permission to use all images, documents, and signatures captured through the Application.
  • You are responsible for securing sensitive information in images and documents before upload.
  • You agree to maintain backups of critical data stored in the Application.

4. Services Description

JSR Workspace provides the following services for solar renewable services management:

4.2 Supported Features
  • Image Capture: Photograph and upload images of products, installations, and inspections
  • PDF Management: Create, store, and manage PDF reports and documentation
  • Digital Signatures: Apply and verify digital signatures for document authentication
  • Cloud Storage: Secure cloud-based storage for all project data
  • Collaborative Tools: Share data and collaborate with team members
  • Analytics: Generate reports and analyze project metrics
4.3 Service Availability
  • We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or security purposes.
  • Critical updates may require temporary service interruptions with minimal notice when necessary.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Company Intellectual Property

The Application and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, graphics, and design) are the exclusive property of JSR Workspace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content
  • You retain all rights to any content you upload (images, documents, data, signatures).
  • By uploading content, you grant JSR Workspace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the content.
  • You warrant that you own or have obtained proper permissions for all uploaded content.
  • You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
5.3 Trademark Usage

JSR Workspace and its logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Important: In no event shall JSR Workspace, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • We are not responsible for data loss or corruption if you fail to maintain secure backups.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the past 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party applications or services you integrate with our Application.
  • We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or reputation resulting from service disruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Disclaimer: The Application and all materials, information, software, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We specifically disclaim:

  • Any warranty that the Application will meet your requirements
  • Any warranty that the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Any warranty that the quality of the Application will meet your expectations
  • Any warranty that any defects will be corrected
  • Any warranty that the Application is free from viruses or harmful components
  • Any warranty of accuracy or completeness of data

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any term of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Application immediately ceases
  • You remain liable for all outstanding charges
  • Certain provisions survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, etc.)
  • You must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your devices
  • Data deletion is subject to our data retention policies

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSR Workspace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from:

  • Your use of the Application in violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Your content uploaded to the Application
  • Your actions or omissions related to the Application

10. Modifications to Terms

JSR Workspace reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Application with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of revised terms means you accept the revised terms.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
  • You can request data deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered after 30 days from deletion request.
  • We may retain data required for compliance, fraud prevention, and legal claims.

12. Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
